     Born in New Hampshire and educated in Nebraska, Joe served in the United States Marine Corps and has a business background in sales and marketing.  He received his Columbus Board of Realtors Million Dollar Award in 1982 and has served hundreds of buyers and sellers since that time.  Joe has also earned the Cartus and USAA relocation specialist certifications and the coveted Military Specialist designations  which make Joe an especially competent Agent,  for those clients relocating to or from the Columbus area.  A devoted and valued community service volunteer, Joe has donated his time and efforts to the American Cancer Society, Central Ohio Diabetes Association, American Legion, Boys State,National High School Oratorical Contest,Relay For Life,Toys for Tots and the Marine Corps League, just to name a few.  He is the recipient of the 2002 Coldwell Banker King Thompson Community Service Award, was the 1989 American Cancer Society Volunteer of the year, in 2006 the Cancer Society presented joe with the Robert Matthews award for his years of service in the fight against cancer and serves on their Board of Directors.  Joe continues to support our Military serving as a volunteer and  Regional Director for the Ohio Committee of Department Of Defense's  Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve organization
