I will provide the best service possible for every client. I will never enter into a relationship where I know what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith. When hired to sell a client’s home, I will always make suggestions that can improve their homes value and help reduce the marketing time, even if it means telling them things that they do not want to hear. Professional Marketing
I will utilize professional services, select and utilize marketing tools which best fit my clients situation. This includes our popular Coldwell Banker King Thompson Sunday Morning Home Show on NBC channel 4; Multiple Listing Service (MLS); My PerfectMatch® Buyer/Seller matching system; area Realtor meetings; the Internet including Realtor.com, Kingthompson.com and Coldwellbanker.com; Internet mailings; local advertising including print ads in some or all of: Columbus Dispatch, Real Estate Weekly, The Daily Reporter, The Other Paper, some or all of the SNP Group of publications and other media as appropriate. I have a complete marketing plan which we can review. This assures you that my objective is to get your house sold.
Personal and Professional History
I hold a degree in finance from the University of Toledo. I am a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, Dublin Area Real Estate Association, Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I have also served on Dublin Coffman High School's transition committee, was president of their softball booster club and most recently was selected to sit on the city of Dublin's Tara Hill Traffic Calming Committee. I annually pursue additional education, attend seminars and attend local and state and national association meetings. This provides me the opportunity to keep abreast of the continually changing laws and nuances of the real estate industry.
My wife Diane and I were married in September 1966. We have three daughters and two beautiful granddaughters and a wonderful grandson. We live in Dublin and have for the past 17 years. I have worked with girls fastpitch softball for nearly 20 years and have coached all levels, from U12 to High School Varsity. I am a veteran with an Honorable discharge from the United States Air Force and served in Southeast Asia.
