Community
Very active in Habitat for Humanity, as well as a regular organizer and fundraiser of events to benefit The Koman Foundation, Nationwide Children's Hospital and The Athritis Foundation.  Personally a childhood cancer survivor and dedicated to coordinating efforts to bring my firends and clients forward in support of great causes and great efforts that help others and enhance the supporter's lives as well.

Degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!)  Previous professional experience includes Advertising Agency account executive stint, and design and advertising sales experience, sales management experience and publishing experience in Business Newpaper field.  Fortune 500 VP / Sales position in Human Resources / Risk Management System and almost 8 years as a top producing Realtor and Manager with extensive sales, technical and interperson training.  Also extensive training and experience as a trainer of Realtors and sales people in general. 
1982 Graduate of Dublin High School  (Yes - there was only one high school in 1982).

Relocation specialist with extremely well organized systems for facilitating transactions.  Many new builds managed for clients on overseas assignments with end result a closing on a finished home the week the Buyer's return from Asia.

Real estate is an ever changing and fast evolving industry.  Those that do not evolve and use technology coupled with extraordinary service will fall behind.  Communication will always be the critical component in my profession.  and my clients can and will expect the best of me.  And I will deliver.  Referrals are the life blood of any excellent Realtor.  In my case, I both count on and react to my friend's referral in the most positive way - by donating $200 to the Nationwide Children's Hospital for Childhood Cancer Research for every referral that results in a closing on behalf of the referring party.
