My Vision Statement:

            My vision is to gain name and face recognition amongst the real estate community and in the general public for measured excellence in providing realty service, and to retain the loyalty of my customers and clients for life.

My Mission Statement:

            My mission is to treat my colleagues with respect, my company with loyalty, my customers with kindness, and my clients with utmost care utilizing the appropriate tools while continually pursuing greater levels of skill and knowledge to only serve them better.

Kimberly Knight was born and raised in a small area called The Village of Golf Manor within Cincinnati. Growing up, she and her family were very active in this community and she came to view the communities in which people live as simply an extension of their families. She graduated with honors from the award winning Walnut Hills High School, a 6 year college preparatory and classic learning academy before going on to attend Ohio University in Athens, where she studied Interpersonal Communication and Sociology. It was there that she met her husband Kristopher. Kris and Kimberly moved here to Columbus from Lexington, Kentucky where they resided for four years while Kris attended The University of Kentucky (Go Cats!) from which he graduated Summa Cum Laude. 

While in Lexington, Kimberly continued to work in food service and hospitality as she had done since high school. She worked hard and quickly moved up into restaurant management. She is proud of her accomplishments in her former field and feels strongly that the skills and values she attained working in that field more than adequately prepare her for this challenging field of Real Estate.

As your host, I will see to your comfort in your transaction, ensuring that all of your individual needs are accommodated properly.

As your bartender, I will use excellent communication skills to put you at ease, and help you through any of the stressful moments that often accompany making such a huge decision. (…and I make a mean margarita!)

As your server, if you are a seller, much like I would use extensive wine knowledge to find a wine with the level of sweetness and body to fit your particular palette, I will use the most up to date research to support targeted marketing (as only part of a full marketing plan) directed at the right buyer for your home.

As your chef, if you are a buyer, I will strive to use all my training, knowledge and care to find the perfect property for you to call "home"; one that matches both your individual tastes and your appetite.

As a manager, I will make sure that you are well educated on all of your options throughout the process. I will promise to give clear and concise guidance that always puts your needs and interests above all others and to ensure complete satisfaction with every small and large part of your real estate experience.
