I fell in love with the real estate profession at a very early age. My father was in management with AEP and we were transferred many times during my school years. As an only child, I was included in the buying and selling process in each city. These many moves gave me a special empathy for buyers and sellers. I am always, once again, going through the process myself.
My other passion is music. Classical, jazz, most kinds, but jazz is my favorite. I have the honor to be associated with a Grammy nominated jazz group, I sing in my church choir, and in my free time, like to hear some of Columbus' incredible talent.
My ninety-four year old father and my two maltese dogs are the light of my life. I am blessed to have my father in great health, active and, yes, even stubborn!

My ultimate goal is that at the end of the day when the buying or selling process is complete, a long lasting relationship has been built through mutual trust and respect.

I am licensed in Ohio since 1978 and in Florida since 2007. My career takes me to both states serving client needs mostly from Ohio. Listing and representing buyers in the Columbus market is my main direction and finding that special sanctuary in the sunshine state let's me live my lifelong dream.
I have sold homes in the the urban and historic neighborhoods for ten years of my career, active in both restoration, community and working with the city agencies to help buyer's dreams be realized.
My direction for the past nineteen years has been associated with new homes specializing in new build condominium communities. This has given me a vast knowledge of the market place, financing, condominium law, management companies and associations, of which I have served on my condominium board for the past eleven years.
Selling resale and investment properties has also been part of my experience. I see the value in all the different avenues of real estate and take pride in being knowledgeable about them all.
