Jeff Brammell has been a licensed, full-time Realtor since 2003 and has helped his clients buy and sell properties all over central Ohio including Grandview, Upper Arlington, Downtown, Clintonville, Worthington, Hilliard, Gahanna, Canal Winchester, etc. Prior to becoming a Realtor he was an Qualified Plans Consultant utilizing his degree from Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business where he majored in accounting. Jeff is also a lifelong resident of central Ohio and currently resides in Grandview Heights.
In 2006, Jeff was selected to be part of Coldwell Banker’s newly formed New Homes & Condominium Division which represents developers throughout central Ohio. Since then Jeff, along with two team members, have sold out two condominium communities and are on their way to selling out two more.
Jeff uses his blend of analytical thinking, experience working with people and knowledge of central Ohio neighborhoods to help his clients with likely the biggest invetment of their life... buying or selling a home!
