Rick Lemmons is one of the most dedicated and committed real estate agents in the nation. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has resided in the Columbus Ohio area for over 30 years.

Rick resides in the Hampsted Village subdivision of New Albany along with his wife Robin (another dedicated real estate agent), their daughter Jessica (Freshman - Kent State) and two Soft Coated Wheaton Terriers named Zeke and Malachi. He has served as a Trustee of the Hampsted Village Homeowners Association since December 2002 and Chairman of the Architectural Advisory Committee since December 2001.  Nobody knows Hampsted Village like Rick !

Rick's in depth training includes specialized real estate courses such as Real Estate Principals and Practice, Real Estate Appraisal, Ohio Real Estate Law and Real Estate Financing.  Rick was also the first Columbus Ohio Coldwell Banker agent to successfully complete the required coursework to obtain his designation as Certified Negotiation Specialist.  

Rick brought over 20 years of sales experience to his career with Coldwell Banker. He has sold both tangible and intangible products ranging from mailing equipment, accounting franchises, temporary & permanent placement and commercial construction equipment.  This vast experience translates into Rick having the ability to successfully negotiate contracts for both buyers and sellers.
