Let's talk passion! My first love (which shows why I went into the Mechnical Engineering field) is my 1994 yellow Spitzer dragster. Nothing beats the feel of going 170+ miles an hour in eight seconds. My father has raced in one form or another since he was 15 years old. Once when mom asked me why I wanted to race I said, "It's just what the King family does".

During my sophomore year at Marysville High School a friend and I started a landscaping company where we worked in the off seasons of soccer, Christmas tree season and summer breaks from school. After college graduation I became a quality engineer where I worked directly with the customer to insure the tool being manufactured was to their specifications.
Every job I've ever had has required a good deal of Customer Service. Keeping my customers happy (from my landscape customers to my manufacturing customers) has always been my top priority.
This first year as a real estate agent has been very interesting to say the least. My first, second, third and fourth listings have been 'short sales'; not the easiest way to start in this business! However, I have learned how to maneuver the legal system with patience and agression. I've won the praises of my clients as well as a judge, in one case.

In high school I was the varsity soccer team defensive player of the year two years in a row(Junior, Senior); Captain and second team OCC my senior year. I also earned The Heart of the Lion award my freshman year after severly breaking my ankle going into high school.
I furthered my education at Marion Technical College where I obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I graduated college Cum Laude with a 3.8 GPA and an acceptance into the Phi Theta Kappa society.
