Joan prides herself on her responsiveness to her clients' needs, and helps guide them through the real estate process, always allowing them the time and support they need to make the best decision for their individual situation. Nothing satisfies her more than seeing her clients be successful in reaching their goals when buying or selling a home. She knows that each transaction is of the utmost importance to that client and she makes sure to give them all the attention they need.

With a degree in psychology from Lee University, Joan has served as a social worker, and Red Cross liaison to military families and veterans. Joan has been a foster parent with Franklin County Children's Services for many years and is also an adoptive parent. She also enjoys her dog, traveling and cheering for the Columbus Blue Jackets.
