Business Philosophy

My clients' satisfaction is my mission and I am not satisfied unless they have a great real estate experience.  For sellers that means getting the highest possible price in the shortest possible time.  For buyers it means finding that "just right" dream home after a thorough evaluation of the buyers' needs.

Areas of Expertise

I basically grew up in the real estate world as my parents bought and sold real estate for as long as I can remember.  Seven years ago I became interested in real estate as investments and purchased, renovated and rent several homes and duplexes.  I then decided to put my real estate experience to use assisting others as a real estate salesperson. 

I am also well versed in the Columbus foreclosure market, short sales and navigating the HUD buying process.   I would be happy to share my knowledge of the Columbus rental market and my foreclosure/short sale/HUD experience with potential buyers.

Personal Background

Community Involvement

I am on the board of Laps for Life which is a youth driven organization that provides financial support to cancer patients and their families.  I am actively involved in fund raising for both Laps for Life and Relay for Life through the American Cancer Society.   For over 20 years I have been a member of TWIG 219 of Nationwide Children's Hospital where I currently serve as the secretary.
